Registered nurses at Chicago's Mount Sinai Hospital voted to stay non-union, rejecting representation by the California Nurses Association/National Nurses Organizing Committee. The vote was 293 no, 152 yes, with 11 challenged ballots. The hospital employs more than 450 RNs.
